A SLOW JOURNEY THROUGH INDIA

The Jaipur Writers Festival is an annual literary event which takes place in January. THE HORNBILL FESTIVAL PLUS
The annual Hornbill Festival is a spectacular cultural extravaganza focused on the local Naga cultures and all sixteen tribes of Nagaland take part. Each Naga tribe is unique in character with its own distinct customs, language and dress. This tour itinerary visits the festival but also allows the visitor to this North-Eastern part of India to see the wildlife of Kaziranga National Park, the villages along the Brahmaputra on a cruise, and the sights of Kolkata (Calcutta).
